Most orders are with you within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.
An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).
PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item once before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. 
Main land UK delivery is free , extra charge of Scottish highlands and all islands & Northern Ireland

We aim to please with every sale on our website, however we know that sometimes you will need to return a product.
