Returns Policy


Important Returns Information

  • All parts must be checked. We do not accept damage claims after delivery.
  • Parts in good condition and original packaging but no longer required can be returned within 7 days. Handling charges as per our terms and conditions apply after 7 days. We may require pictures of the part and packaging before arranging collection.
  • Any part that is painted or prepped will not be accepted for credit. We will require pictures of the part and packaging before arranging collection for any part being returned for any reason other than the above.


BCP Automotive offer a 14 day returns policy. Please return (to reach us within 14 days from delivery date) your unused or incorrect item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your INVOICE with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Any items that have been worked on cannot be returned unless faulty

Painted goods will not be accepted under any circumstances

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.

BCP Automotive will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

Any damages must be reported to us AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after will be dismissed for a claim.
